We had opportunity to travel Goa along with my family.
We stayed Ddhyana Wellness centre.[including breakfast. AC room.]
Car Package: 8 hours 80kms. Additional kms Rs 20per km. additional hours Rs200 per hour. Night charges apply after 10PM depends on driver.
Below places we covered.
Day1.
Bangalore to Goa on Sunday.
Went to Dona Paul Jetty.
Its just a view point for the sea. Its very crowded. We didn't spend much time just around 15mins.
From here we went to Miramar beach. We spent time on beach till 7PM. Returned to hotel almost at 8PM.
Day2
Planned to go for water sports. Rs3000 per person.
A small open boat of capacity with 50persons starts from Miramar beach to Bagmallo beach side.[20km in boat]. Boat has wash room inside on one side of it. Food is both nonveg and veg. Pure veg people cant have food as not proper isolation of materials used for serving is done. Can carry parcel if they need.
Its package consisting of 4 water sports. Jet ski, parasailing, bumper ride, banana ride and scuba diving.
There will be many boats with tourists and 1 jetski, parasailing, bumper ride and banana ride. Sports will be covered on first come first serve basis from one boat to other boat. So waiting time will go up to 1PM.
All the rides are small rides about 100mts. Individual rides like Jetski will be long ride of 200 to 300mts with additional payment of Rs300 per person.
Scuba diving is quick instruction from instructor its 5mins per person near the grand island. But its experience is just 1min in water and few mins with instructors.
They promptly share the videos of the under water but dont think like the scuba diving like National Geographic channel.
Food was served on boat at around 1PM at Bogmallo beach.
After scuba diving return to Miramar beach. Pickup and drop will be done from agent who booked tickets.
Almost will be returning from Bagmallo beach will be around 5PM.
Day2
Doodh Sagar water falls. [ 1hour journey, have breakfast and go to jeep starting point.]

Use above URL 1 day before for booking jeep. You have to book available time slot and reach in that time. After reaching there, use the jeep available there. 7 person can share 1 jeep. per person its Rs.560.

Mahadev Temple Tamble Surla[Kadamba architecture, renovated temple, 0.5hour].
Bondla wildlife sanctuary[Zoo has animals and birds, 1hour]
Lunch at Ponda almost at 4PM.

Mangeshi Temple.
Day3
Old Goa Churches.
Nageshi Temple.
Lakshmi Narasimha Temple.
Balaji Temple.
Day4
Aguada Fort. 1 to 2 hours.
Condolim Beach. 30mins
Calangute Beach. 15mins
Chapora Fort. 2hour
Vagator Beach. 2 hours.
Day5
Mahalasa Narayani Temple.
Big Foot Museum.
Ashvik Car Museum.
Abyss Aquarium.
Japanese Garden and view point. Near Vasco beach.
Birla Temple.
Day 6
Naval Aviation Museum.
Airport Drop.
